We are looking for qualified Physicians, NP, and PAs to work doing home visits (house call practice).  The great flexibility of schedule for working parents, very competitive salary, and job satisfaction.  Opportunity to grow into a full-time practice or work part-time with your present job to supplement your current income.  Reimbursement for mileage and gas provided and subsidized malpractice insurance.

 

Responsibilities:

    Will be in charge of providing timely and appropriate medical care for patients.

    Obtain detailed medical history, perform a physical exam, and order and interpret appropriate labs and diagnostic procedures.

    Develop an individualized plan of care for all assigned patients.

    Work with home health nurses, physical therapists, and other pertinent health care ancillary staff in providing the needed care for            the patient.

    Completion of notes on Practice Fusion (EMR) on time

    Reports directly to Medical Director and Practice Owner.

 

Job Requirements:

    Current Illinois License (MD, DO, NP, PA)

    Valid driver's license

    Valid prescriptive authority

    C.V. and other pertinent documents

    BLS, CPR Certificate
